Marsh Gibbon Preschool Committee are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, dedicated and caring individual with a hands-on approach to manage and lead our well established and popular Pre-school. The successful candidate should have:
-strong communication skills
-a positive attitude
-the ability to maintain a good relationship with the staff and parents -a clear vision to move the Preschool forward
We require applicants to have:
-an Early Years Qualification at degree level, or a commitment to obtaining higher qualifications. -relevant Early Years and
-a strong knowledge of the new ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ framework 2021
-experience in management

Successful applicants will be required to successfully complete
an “Enhanced Criminal Record Disclosure”
through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Hours of work will need to be flexible between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3.15 p.m. Monday – Friday. Permanent contract after probationary
period. Salary to be discussed at interview.
